Role Overview: We’re looking for a Head of Brand & Communications to define how Hook shows up in the world — and ensure everything we put out feels coherent, distinctive, and culturally relevant. Today, brand at Hook is fragmented across product, marketing, partnerships, and content; this role exists to bring it all together. You will own Hook’s brand narrative, voice, and external presence, ensuring consistency across every touchpoint — from product to campaigns to partnerships. This is a highly hands-on role: you’ll not only define the brand, but actively shape and execute how it comes to life day-to-day. You’ll work closely with the founder, VP of Marketing & Partnerships, Growth, and Creative to synthesize ideas from across the company into a clear and compelling brand direction, and translate that into execution.
