The Head of Investment Managers, Alternative Managers & Insurance Segment Marketing is a senior leader responsible for driving strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the space, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in developing and executing targeted marketing strategies that drive growth, client acquisition, and retention. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Strategic Marketing Leadership Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the segments, aligning with the firm’s overall business goals Collaborate with executive leadership, product, sales, and relationship teams to develop a unified go-to-market approach Client Acquisition & Retention Lead the development of tailored messaging and value propositions that resonate with different constituents within the segment Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimize ROI Brand Positioning & Thought Leadership Establish and enhance the firm’s brand presence in the investment manager, alternative manager and insurance markets, building credibility and awareness, including white papers, webinars, industry reports, and case studies, that position the firm as a thought leader Cultivate relationships with industry organizations, publications, and conferences to showcase the firm’s expertise
