About The Position

As the Head of Alliance Sales for the Google Choreograph Partnership, you will lead the strategic direction and execution of alliance sales initiatives across North America. You will be responsible for developing and nurturing high-impact partnerships with Google and other key stakeholders, driving joint business opportunities, and expanding Choreograph’s footprint in the digital strategy and planning ecosystem. This role is pivotal in aligning Choreograph’s advanced data and technology solutions with Google’s platforms, enabling breakthrough media and marketing outcomes for clients. You will collaborate cross-functionally with product, strategy, and client teams to architect innovative solutions, influence go-to-market strategies, and ensure successful partnership activation. Your leadership will shape alliance strategy, accelerate revenue growth, and reinforce Choreograph’s position as a leader in digital transformation.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in alliance sales, partnership management, or business development within digital media, technology, or data-driven marketing organizations.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling strategic partnerships with major technology platforms (Google preferred).
  • Strong understanding of digital strategy, media planning, and data-driven marketing solutions.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills at senior executive levels.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving complex partnership initiatives from ideation to execution.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, evolving requirements, and high-pressure environments with confidence and agility.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and strong analytical skills.
  • Experience with joint go-to-market strategies, product launches, and partnership activation.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute alliance sales strategies with Google and other strategic partners to drive joint business growth and client impact.
  • Build and nurture senior-level relationships with Google, clients, and internal stakeholders to identify and activate new partnership opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to architect and deliver integrated solutions leveraging Choreograph’s data, technology, and media capabilities.
  • Influence go-to-market strategies and ensure successful activation of partnership initiatives, including joint marketing, product launches, and client engagements.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, negotiating partnership agreements, and managing alliance pipelines.
  • Represent Choreograph in external forums, industry events, and client meetings as a thought leader in digital strategy and partnership innovation.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform alliance strategy and maintain Choreograph’s leadership position.
  • Collaborate with product, strategy, and client teams to ensure alignment and maximize partnership value.
  • Track, report, and communicate partnership performance metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the alliance sales team.
