About The Position
Experienced AV Technician to support the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of audio-visual systems across a high-volume hospitality environment. Role requires hands-on experience with Crestron and Lucy control systems and a strong focus on system reliability and guest experience.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of AV experience, preferably in hospitality, casino, or large commercial environments
- Experience with Crestron systems and Lucy AV control platforms
- Strong troubleshooting skills across audio, video, and control systems
- Ability to read system diagrams
Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot AV systems, including Crestron and Lucy platforms
- Support daily operations and event-based AV needs across the property
- Perform preventative maintenance and system testing
- Respond quickly to service calls to minimize downtime
- Coordinate with Engineering, IT, and external vendors on repairs and upgrades
- Document work activity using internal work order systems
