About The Position
We are seeking an enthusiastic and service-oriented Head Golf Professional to join our team! The Head Golf Professional oversees all aspects of golf operations, including recruiting, training, scheduling, and supervising golf shop and course staff while fostering a professional, service-oriented team culture. This role manages daily golf shop and tee sheet operations, coordinates play with course maintenance, and ensures compliance with club policies and safety standards. The Head Golf Professional also plans and manages tournaments, leagues, member events, and corporate outings; oversees handicaps, scheduling, billing, and recordkeeping; and supports departmental budgeting, labor management, revenue growth, merchandising, instruction, and operational reporting.
