About The Position

Louisville City Schools is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Head Girls Lacrosse Coach. The ideal candidate will have previous varsity-level coaching experience within an interscholastic athletic environment and possess a strong understanding of local and state regulations, eligibility standards, and best practices in educational athletics. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to develop and sustain a strong, cohesive lacrosse program while fostering a culture centered on academic achievement, athletic excellence, and positive character development. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to establish strong relationships with student-athletes, parents, administration, faculty, and staff. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, a commitment to serving as a positive role model, and the vision and knowledge necessary to build and grow a successful lacrosse program from the youth level through varsity competition. Qualified applicants must hold, or be willing to obtain, all certifications and credentials required by the State of Ohio and Louisville City Schools. Requirements

• Previous varsity-level coaching experience within an interscholastic athletic environment.
• Strong understanding of local and state regulations, eligibility standards, and best practices in educational athletics.

• Vision and knowledge necessary to build and grow a successful lacrosse program.
• Hold, or be willing to obtain, all certifications and credentials required by the State of Ohio and Louisville City Schools.
