Cranbrook Schools seeks an enthusiastic, patient, and student-centered coach to serve as the Head Freshman Girls Volleyball Coach . This position plays a vital role in introducing student-athletes to the program, establishing foundational skills, and setting the standard for culture, work ethic, and team expectations. The freshman level is a critical entry point into the Cranbrook volleyball program. The successful candidate will focus on teaching the game, building confidence, and creating a positive and structured team environment that prepares players for future success at the JV and varsity levels. The ideal candidate will be: A strong teacher who enjoys developing athletes. Passionate about creating a positive first experience in high school athletics. Patient, encouraging, and detail-oriented in teaching fundamentals. A clear communicator who builds trust with students and families.
