About The Position

The Head, Enterprise Capabilities Practice - Learn will lead the strategy, design, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide learning and capability-building programs that strengthen critical workforce skills, embed Johnson & Johnson’s C.E.O. Leadership Behaviors, and advance the culture needed to deliver stronger outcomes for patients, customers, employees, and the business. Reporting to Head (Sr. Director) of the AI/GenAI and Enterprise Capabilities Practice this leader will own a broad portfolio of enterprise capability priorities, primarily C.E.O. Leadership Behaviors, enterprise culture, HR workforce upskilling, and large-scale enterprise activations such as Global Learning Day. This role will partner across HR, business leaders, Communications, and external partners to translate enterprise priorities into scalable learning experiences that drive behavior adoption, measurable capability growth, and sustained business impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in learning, leadership development, talent development, organizational effectiveness, culture transformation, workforce transformation, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience, including leading high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated experience designing, delivering, and scaling enterprise-wide learning, culture, leadership, or capability-building initiatives.
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and global partners.
  • Strong understanding of learning strategy, leadership development, adult learning principles, behavior change, and adoption at scale.
  • Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, influencing, change management, and operational execution skills.
  • Proven experience leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to enhance personal productivity and/or department performance.
  • Experience using data, feedback, and insights to measure outcomes, improve learning effectiveness, and inform decisions.

  • Experience managing external partners, budgets, and governance for large-scale enterprise initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Enterprise Capability Programming: Own the enterprise capabilities portfolio, including C.E.O. Leadership Behaviors, enterprise culture priorities, HR workforce upskilling, and other enterprise-wide capability priorities that support future performance.
  • Translate enterprise strategy, business priorities, and workforce needs into scalable learning and capability-building plans with clear outcomes, adoption goals, and measurable impact.
  • Partner across capability owners, HR leaders, business stakeholders, and learning teams to ensure alignment, integration, and a consistent, high-quality enterprise learner experience.
  • Embed C.E.O. Leadership Behaviors Across Learning and Culture: Partner with Global Talent Management and business stakeholders to embed C.E.O. Leadership Behaviors into enterprise learning experiences, leadership programming, culture activations, and moments that shape how work gets done.
  • Translate leadership expectations into practical learning solutions that help employees and leaders apply the behaviors in how they lead, decide, collaborate, and deliver business outcomes.
  • Reinforce consistent leadership language, mindsets, and behaviors across the enterprise through integrated learning experiences that move beyond awareness to practice and action.
  • Build HR Workforce Capability: Partner with HR leaders to identify priority HR capability needs and translate them into targeted learning strategies, programs, and resources that strengthen HR’s ability to deliver against enterprise priorities.
  • Support HR workforce upskilling through scalable solutions that build the skills, mindsets, and practices needed to advance talent, culture, transformation, and business priorities.
  • Use feedback, data, and stakeholder input to continuously improve HR capability-building efforts and ensure relevance, adoption, and measurable value.
  • Own Global Learning Day and Enterprise Culture Activations: Serve as enterprise owner for Global Learning Day and other large-scale learning experiences that activate J&J culture, enterprise priorities, and leadership behaviors at scale.
  • Design and deliver enterprise activations that move beyond awareness to reflection, practice, team discussion, behavior change, and action.
  • Coordinate stakeholders, vendors, Communications, learning partners, and business teams to deliver consistent, globally scalable, high-quality experiences.
  • Drive Program Execution, Measurement, and Continuous Improvement: Lead execution of major enterprise capability initiatives, ensuring strong governance, stakeholder alignment, delivery discipline, operational excellence, and adoption across regions and businesses.
  • Measure program effectiveness, learner engagement, capability growth, behavior adoption, and business impact; use insights to improve strategy and inform senior leadership.
  • Own budget, operations, vendor partnerships, and delivery governance to ensure programs are accessible, compliant, scalable, and designed for sustained impact.
