Pennyrile Allied Community Services, Inc. is seeking a Head Cook. This role requires adherence to state food handling and hygiene standards, familiarity with preparing food for large groups using standardized recipes, and competence in using various cooking utensils and appliances. The Head Cook will also be responsible for food storage, stock rotation, inventory management, and record-keeping. Attendance at all directed trainings and performance of other duties as prescribed by the supervisor are also expected.
