About The Position

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a Head Coach to lead a team of fitness professionals and guide members through workouts. The role focuses on motivating members, helping them exercise with proper form, and explaining the science behind Orangetheory’s heart-rate-focused training. The Head Coach should be passionate about fitness, collaborative, and committed to helping members achieve their goals.

The position offers paid training, certifications, and support, along with competitive base pay, commission, and performance bonuses. Requirements

• Hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness.
• Be AED/CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts.
• Ensure members use correct exercise form and offer corrections when needed.
• Understand the science behind Orangetheory workouts and heart-rate-focused training, and stay aware of what competitors are doing.
• Know how to use and demonstrate every piece of equipment used in workouts.
• Work as a team player.
• Lead and support a team of fitness professionals.
