About The Position

Franklin Pierce University, a NCAA Division II institution and a member of the Northeast-10 Conference, is seeking an enthusiastic individual for a full-time position of a Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach. As an integral member of the Athletics Coach staff, this position reports directly to the Director of Athletics. The position is a full-time, 12-month coaching position that is responsible for working directly with the women’s lacrosse team.

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree
• Experience with coaching at the college level required
• Must possess good organizational, oral and written communication skills
• Have experience in recruiting and have the skills to recruit new student athletes
• Have knowledge of NCAA regulations and guidelines governing the recruitment and retention of student-athletes is required
• Have experience with fundraising and budget management
