About The Position

The Head Coach for Women's Bowling is responsible for leadership, team management, and recruitment/retention efforts of student-athletes. This role involves overseeing the training, development, and mentoring of student-athletes to maximize their athletic potential and serve as a mentor outside of their sport. The coach will also design game plans and manage the day-to-day operations of the team. Coaches, especially head coaches, are essential connectors between Maryville’s strategic vision and the day-to-day experiences of student-athletes, ensuring that athletics is a powerful vehicle for engagement and community impact. Additionally, head coaches champion academic and athletic achievement to support the holistic development of student-athletes.
