About The Position

Requirements

• B. S. Degree
• three (3) years or more of collegiate coaching experience

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all facets of a competitive NCAA Division I Women’s Soccer Program
• Know and abide by NCAA Division I/SWAC Rules, annually pass NCAA Recruiting Test
• Responsible for implementing recruiting strategy, off-campus identification, on-campus visits, all components of recruiting
• Direct and supervise all operational aspects (scheduling, travel, hotels, bus/vans, meals, workouts, practices, etc.)
• Work directly with Adidas to order team gear, and responsible for ordering and assigning of all gear and equipment
