The Head Coach is responsible for directing, planning, administering, and evaluating all aspects of the women’s flag football program. The Head Coach must comply with all University, National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division III rules and policies. The Head Coach must have a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Reporting to the Director of Athletics, this position is responsible for furthering the mission of the University, the Department of Athletics, and the women’s flag football program through leadership and education. May be required to travel for extended periods of time for athletic contests and recruiting activities. Flexibility to work nights and weekends as required by the teams' schedules.
