As part of our newly established athletic department, we are introducing soccer and are looking for a Men's Soccer Head Coach who is ready to lead, innovate, and create a program that reflects our values and vision for student success. The Head Coach serves as a key leader and strategic visionary within the Baker College Athletic Department, responsible for building and sustaining a premier intercollegiate soccer program. This role oversees all aspects of program development, including training, competition strategy, recruiting, and operations, while ensuring full compliance with NAIA and WHAC regulations. As both a mentor and ambassador for Baker College, the Head Coach fosters a culture of excellence, integrity, sportsmanship, and inclusion, supporting the academic, athletic, and personal success of student-athletes. The successful candidate will believe in and support the student first philosophy while contributing to the overall success of Baker College, while acting as a positive role model and brand ambassador on and off campus. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Kinesiology, Education, or a related field
- 3–5 years of collegiate coaching experience with increasing levels of responsibility
- Proven record of effective coaching, student-athlete development, and budget management
- Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification
- Valid driver's license

- Familiarity with NAIA or NCAA recruitment and eligibility standards

- Recruiting and evaluating prospective student-athletes
