Wentworth Institute of Technology invites applications for the position of Head Men's Ice Hockey Coach. This full-time, 12-month administrative position provides leadership for all aspects of the University's NCAA Division III men's ice hockey program, including student-athlete development, competitive success, recruitment, program administration, and strategic planning. Consistent with Wentworth's strategic priorities of Inclusive Excellence, Transformative Student Experience, and High-Value Learning, the Head Coach creates an environment where students are challenged academically, athletically, and personally while representing Wentworth with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to the University's mission and values. The Head Coach serves as an educator, mentor, and leader who develops a culture of accountability, belonging, teamwork, competitive excellence, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership for all aspects of the program while developing student-athletes, hiring, supervising, mentoring, and evaluating assistant coaches, collaborating with colleagues across the University, responsibly stewarding program resources, and strengthening relationships with alumni, supporters, and external partners in support of the long-term success of Wentworth Men's Ice Hockey.
