Requirements
- Coaching certification
- CPR certification
- First Aid certification
- Concussion online class completion
- Rules and regulation completion
- National BCI
- Completed W-4
- Completed I-9 (requires in-person verification of either a valid passport OR BOTH a driver's license and social security card OR driver's license and birth certificate)
- Contingent form of employment form (to get BCI done)
