About The Position

Oversee the a la carte dining onsite on part-time basis. This is a retirement village not a residential aged care facility. Responsible for stock control, budgets, rostering, staff mentoring, training. Liaise with the client and other key stakeholders. Create and maintain nutritional menus with a focus on healthy eating.

Requirements

  • Minimum Cert. III Commercial Cookery
  • Previous kitchen management experience in a similar role
  • Experience in HACCP, food safety and infection control
  • Police Check holder or be willing to obtain this check
