About The Position

We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to join our culinary leadership team in Toronto. As Head Chef, you will oversee all back-of-house operations while mentoring and developing a talented culinary team dedicated to excellence, consistency, and authentic Italian cuisine. You will work closely with the General Manager and Executive Chef to drive culinary quality, team culture, operational performance, and guest experience. Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef or Head Chef
  • Strong background in authentic Italian cuisine
  • Deep understanding of Italian cooking techniques and Materia Prima
  • Proven leadership and team-building abilities
  • Experience working in high-volume kitchens
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Passion for hospitality, food culture, and mentorship
  • English proficiency required

  • Lead and oversee daily BOH operations
