Lucy Buffett’s LuLu’s is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Head Chef to lead the Back of the House at our North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina location. LuLu’s is a fast-paced, casual, coastal waterfront restaurant and bar where Food, Fun, and Music are always part of our culture. We pride ourselves on great food, genuine hospitality, and an energetic, family-oriented work environment. Position Summary The Head Chef is responsible for the daily operations of the Back of the House, including food preparation, product quality, sanitation, and the supervision and development of kitchen leadership and staff. This role plays a key part in managing BOH labor costs, waste, and controllable comps, while ensuring compliance with health regulations, company standards, and LuLu’s core values.
