The Head Chef plays a critical role in the success of PATH’s Interim Housing by ensuring the kitchen and its staff create a welcoming and homelike environment and prepare nutritious meals for interim housing guests. The Head Chef is responsible for providing administrative, supervisory, and quality control oversight to the kitchen staff and coordination of guests’ dietary menu plans as needed. This includes ensuring that guests receive three meals a day and refreshments and snacks as needed and that staff abide by all health and safety regulations, including possession of current food handler’s certificate.
