About The Position

PATH is seeking candidates passionate about helping others make a positive change in their lives to join our Interim Housing Services team as the Program Specialist at the Bridges at Kraemer Place. The Program Specialist works under the supervision of department leadership to support the programmatic and operational needs throughout the region. In this role, this position acts as a liaison between support departments, programs, and community stakeholders. The program specialist will support with coordinating meetings, drafting documents, and serve as a backup when needed.

  • Have employment eligibility verification
  • Have or be able and willing to obtain CPR/First Aid training
  • Successfully complete the following as a condition of hire: Tuberculosis Test, Background Screening, Drug Test
  • Have reliable transportation
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Proof of insurance and ownership for personal vehicles used during work duties
  • The ability to qualify for PATH's insurance coverage
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa.
  • One (1) year of experience providing administrative support in a professional environment

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as business administration, organizational leadership, or nonprofit management.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support such as drafting and editing emails, documents, and communications on behalf of the supervisor.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate record.
  • Support with internal and external inquiries related to program.
  • Assist the supervisor with processing and completing task related to human resources, quality assurance, finance, and external affairs development.
  • Support with developing reports and other presentations.
