Bridges@Work is an employer-based Economic Mobility program which provides assistance to employees coping with challenges in their lives that impact their work environment. This program is expanding and this new role will be offered on-site at partner businesses throughout Northeast Ohio and Cuyahoga County. As part of United Way of Greater Cleveland’s Community Impact team, the Bridges@Work Resource Coordinator supports employees at workplace sites by providing resource navigation, referrals, financial coaching, and stability services. The Resource Coordinator delivers direct support, tracks outcomes, and ensures wraparound connections using a trauma-informed and equity-centered approach. The Bridges at Work Resource Coordinator supports employees of participating Cuyahoga County employers by providing confidential case management to identify barriers to workplace success and resolutions, which could include one-on-one financial counseling, benefits access and resource navigation. This position combines the functions of a financial empowerment counselor and a social worker/resource navigator, ensuring that employees have access to both immediate crisis assistance and long-term stability strategies. This newly created role is an integral part of the program expansion from its existing territory in Geauga County into Cuyahoga County. This position requires frequent local travel (70-80%) throughout Cuyahoga County but will be required to report to the UWGC main office when not on-site at employer locations. Hours may vary to include early morning and/or evening hours and occasional weekend events.
