Head Cheer Coach
About The Position
Champion Force Athletics is seeking cheerleading coaches to assist with or lead teams across the country. Coaches must be team players and willing to coach teams and classes at all levels. The role involves working with children ages 4–15, preparing classes, teaching students, overseeing class check-ins, and maintaining basic records. Classes may be spread throughout the evening, with most coaches working no more than 3–4 classes in a day. The position requires 1–2 evenings for practices and some weekend travel to competitions. Occasional meetings, clinics, and cheer competitions take place during each session. Candidates must pass a background check. Requirements
- Cheerleading experience; cheer, dance, or gymnastics experience is sought.
- Willingness to work with children ages 4–15.
- Reliable transportation.
- Enthusiasm and a desire to make a difference in the lives of youth.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize projects and deadlines.
- Availability for 1–2 evenings of practice and some weekend travel.
