About The Position

As a Head Cashier, you’ll lead the front-end team to ensure smooth and efficient checkout operations. Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisor or team lead role, ideally in a retail or customer-facing environment.
• Comfort working with POS systems and handling various payment types accurately.
• Ability to resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills to promote cashier performance and growth.
• Capable of managing shift schedules, maintaining front-end cleanliness, and ensuring supplies are stocked.
• Clear and effective communication with team members and customers.
• Consistent attendance and a commitment to workplace standards and policies.
