About The Position

This position is for a Head Boys Soccer Coach for the 26-27 school year at Frontier Middle School. The role requires enthusiasm for athletics, availability for all related activities, and a strong understanding of the assigned sport's fundamentals. The coach must be able to model behavior as outlined in the Coaches Handbook and demonstrate organizational and motivational skills. Successful coaching experience and training over a period of years is expected, along with a willingness to support the total athletic program. Additional requirements include holding a current First Aid and CPR card. Those recommended for hire must also attend training on Hepatitis B and HIV, receive the Hepatitis B vaccination if necessary, and complete the district's sexual harassment training. Fingerprinting for a background check is also required. As per WIAA Regulations, head coaches must be at least 21 years of age.

Requirements

• Enthusiasm for athletics.

• Successful coaching experience and training over a period of years.
• Must be 21 years of age (pursuant to WIAA Regulations).

• Classroom teacher is preferred but, not required.
