This position is for a Head Boys Golf Coach for the 2026-2027 school year at Central High School. The role is part of the Athletics/Activities department. Requirements
- Current Resume
- CHSAA Online Coaches Test (Current Year)
- NFHS Concussion Certificate (or an in-person concussion course completion certificate)
- 1st Aid/CPR/AED Certification (Current)
- Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of hire
- If a non-teaching applicant, upon acceptance of the vacancy, will be required to register for a CHSAA one-year coaching registration and/or permanent coaching registration.
- Current teaching license OR be a retired teacher OR applying to coach at the High School Level
Nice To Haves
- Previous coaching experience and/or successful participation in athletics at the high school or collegiate level
- Previous playing experience in the sport of Golf
Responsibilities
- Coaching the boys' golf team.
- Ensuring all CHSAA and district requirements are met for coaching.
- Registering for CHSAA coaching registration if not a current teacher.
