This role also includes key responsibilities in public relations, promotions, and departmental operations. We seek a proven coach with a strong record of success at the collegiate or comparable level, including demonstrated achievement in student-athlete development, retention, and competitive performance. The ideal candidate will bring the ability to recruit, motivate, and mentor Division III student-athletes, along with a deep knowledge of the game and a commitment to teaching both fundamental skills and advanced strategies. A thorough understanding of NCAA regulations, dedication to academic excellence, and alignment with the Division III philosophy are essential, as is a reputation for integrity and professionalism. The Equipment Manager is responsible for overseeing the inventory of all athletic equipment across programs, ensuring that items are properly tracked, organized, and restocked as needed. This role includes conducting regular inventory checks, coordinating orders, and maintaining accurate records. The equipment manager works closely with sport-specific coaches to support their day-to-day and season specific needs.
