About The Position

The Head 7th Grade Volleyball Coach is responsible for coordinating and supervising the High School Volleyball program and team. This role involves helping students achieve gains in athletic skills and team performance, communicating effectively with the school district and community, and designing training and game programs. The coach will also organize and supervise the coaching staff to ensure proper program implementation and attend all Rules meetings of the SC High School League. Requirements

• Expert knowledge of the game.
• Head Coach experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise High School Volleyball program and team.
• Help students achieve gains in athletic skills and team performance.
• Communicate effectively with all members of the school district and community.
• Work effectively with booster clubs and other community organizations.
• Design a training program and game program.
• React to change productively and handle other tasks as assigned.
• Organize and supervise the coaching staff to assure that the program is properly implemented.
• Attend all Rules meetings of the SC High School League.
