About The Position

Underground fiber crew in the Green Bay–Appleton area. We need an operator who can run the drill and hit the bore.

Requirements

• 2+ years running an HDD drill
• Understand utility locates and bore planning
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Pass a drug screen and background check

Nice To Haves

• CDL Class A or B
• Locating experience (Subsite, DCI)
• Telecom / fiber experience
• OSHA 10

Responsibilities

• Run a Vermeer or Ditch Witch directional drill on fiber installs
• Set up the rig, plan the bore path, and steer around existing utilities
• Pull back conduit and duct; place fiber
• Work with the locator and crew to keep bores on line and on grade
• Daily equipment checks and basic maintenance
• Safety and site restoration, every day
