Requirements
- Experience as a diesel mechanic, truck technician, or heavy equipment mechanic preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to learn and grow
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair HD trucks and trailers
- Perform preventative maintenance and DOT inspections
- Complete repairs on: Brakes, Suspension, Steering systems, Alignments, General mechanical systems
- Use diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot issues
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Communicate clearly with team members and customers
