Requirements

Strong attention to detail with the ability to troubleshoot tire-related issues.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Solid understanding of tire types, sizes, specifications, and repair techniques.
Ability to safely lift and handle tires and equipment weighing up to 100 lbs.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Inspect tires to identify damage, wear patterns, and performance concerns.
Mount and balance tires using specialized equipment.
Communicate with customers to understand tire-related concerns and provide recommendations.
Ensure proper torque settings when mounting tires to wheels.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship.
Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and complete work within established timelines.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines when handling heavy tires, operating equipment, and working in potentially hazardous environments.
