Requirements

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain diagnosed issues.
Ability to perform mechanical services on Class 4–8 heavy-duty vehicles.
Ability to identify early signs of wear or failure that could lead to larger mechanical issues.
Proficiency with diagnostic tools, software, and repair equipment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair mechanical issues including air and hydraulic brake systems, steering and suspension components, wheel seals, and related systems.
Perform vehicle alignments as assigned.
Build customer trust and increase repeat business by delivering quality repairs and honoring commitments.
Safely operate and maintain shop service equipment such as lifts and diagnostic tools.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures while performing repairs and inspections.
