About The Position

Coastal Payroll is hiring a California- based Account Executive/HCM Sales Consultant (mid-level) to help employers upgrade how they run payroll and manage people-without the headaches. Employers need resources to manage their workforce from hire to retire, including human resources, benefits administration, time and attendance, compliance, strategic growth, and much more. As we expand our services and reach, we evolve to meet those needs.

Requirements

• Proven payroll sales experience (HCM/HR tech/SaaS adjacent works too)
• Strong consultative selling, presenting, and relationship-building skills
• Self-directed, organized, and comfortable working fully remote

Responsibilities

• Build and keep a healthy pipeline through outreach, networking, and referrals
• Run discovery, present HCM solutions, and close new business
• Hit monthly/annual targets and keep your cadence consistent
• Partner with implementation/payroll teams to hand off new clients smoothly
