The HCM/HRIS Specialist I is an entry-level position responsible for supporting and helping optimize the organization’s Human Capital Management (HCM) including but not limited to payroll, timekeeping, workforce management, benefits, talent acquisition and management, and learning management systems. This role will report directly to the HR Systems Specialist I & Analyst and will assist with maintaining data integrity, workflow testing, approval path validation, reporting support, and stabilization efforts related to ADP Lyric and associated systems. This position will work closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Operations, IT, and external vendors to support system stability, reporting accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. Experience with ADP Lyric is considered extremely important for this role. Candidates must also have experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN) and/or ADP Vantage, as well as Workforce Manager. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, process-driven, technically capable, highly responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and large employee populations.
