Turning Point Family Services is seeking a Qualified Professional for an IIH team that covers Cabarrus and Iredell Counties, with Cabarrus County as the primary location. We have been providing mental health services for over 23 years in Iredell, Cabarrus, and Mecklenburg counties. We offer an innovative approach to IIH service delivery by providing our IIH workers with extensive support to assist in delivering high-quality services and competitive compensation. We are looking for individuals who enjoy working on a team, have initiative, and love working with youth. This position starts as salary for the first 30 days to complete training and then transitions to a pay-per-contact model at $100 per contact (annualized $50K–$54K) with a minimum expectation of 10 contacts per week. The IIH QP will be responsible for providing structured, therapeutic interventions (face-to-face, collateral, and telephone) to provide support and guidance across multiple functional domains including emotional, medical, and health.
