We have clients in Spokane, Spokane Valley, Cheney, Deer Park, Liberty Lake, Medical Lake, Nine Mile Falls, and more. Senior Helpers is immediately seeking caregivers for a variety of shifts all days of the week. These shifts may range from one hour to 24 hours in length. We are seeking kind, compassionate CREDENTIALED caregivers that enjoy working one-on-one with the elderly. Caregivers typically provide companionship and conversation, meal preparation and planning, light housekeeping, medication reminders, transportation (errands and appointments), and personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, and grooming). Experience in these areas is preferred.

Requirements

  • Active HCA, CNA, or NAR (1163 exempt) certification , although free training to obtain your HCA is available to promising candidates
  • Kind, compassionate and caring demeanor
  • Reliability, responsibility, and punctuality
  • Good communication with staff
  • Pass a background and fingerprint check
  • Your own vehicle, driver's license, and insurance
  • Ability to work independently
