Pay: Competitive hourly rate of $20–$22 per hour, depending on experience and certification. Requirements
- Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred, but not required
- We’ll pay for your HCA training if you’re new to caregiving.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Able to pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
- Honest, energetic, and caring individual with a genuine passion for helping others
Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiver or home care experience is a plus, but we’re also happy to train the right person with the right heart.
Responsibilities
- Providing personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assisting with light housework, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Offering companionship, conversation, and emotional support
- Working in clients’ homes with varying shift times and activities, depending on client needs
