Requirements

  • Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred, but not required
  • We’ll pay for your HCA training if you’re new to caregiving.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
  • Able to pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
  • Honest, energetic, and caring individual with a genuine passion for helping others

Nice To Haves

  • Previous caregiver or home care experience is a plus, but we’re also happy to train the right person with the right heart.

Responsibilities

  • Providing personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assisting with light housework, meal preparation, and medication reminders
  • Offering companionship, conversation, and emotional support
  • Working in clients’ homes with varying shift times and activities, depending on client needs
