About The Position
The HBS Transformation Program Manager is responsible for driving disciplined program management of key HBS initiatives, process improvements, and the establishment of a strong operating cadence. This role partners closely with HBS President, global HBS leadership team, regional teams and functional leaders to enable operational efficiency, organizational alignment and program manage key HBS initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong program management rigor, operational excellence, and ability to influence across functions in a highly matrix environment. This role serves as a connector across HBS teams, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and excellence in execution.
