About The Position

The HBS Leadership Fellows Program provides graduate students at Harvard Business School the opportunity to complete their final year internship at MoMA under the supervision of experienced conservators. External graduate students without direct partnership with MoMA and Harvard Business School are not eligible to apply independently. The duration of the program is 12 months. The Museum of Modern Art, dedicated to the art of our time, was established in 1929. With a dynamic exhibition program and one of the world’s largest collections of modern and contemporary art, MoMA bridges the past and present, the established and the experimental, bringing new ideas to over three million onsite visitors per year— and many more millions in the digital realm. Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in Harvard Business School as an MBA candidate that has a relationship with the Museum of Modern Art.
  • Available in the Summer 2026 semester.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must secure authorization to work at MoMA prior to their program start date, either independently or with the assistance of their university.
  • Submit a resume and a statement of interest.

Responsibilities

  • Complete a 12-month final year internship at MoMA under the supervision of experienced conservators.
