About The Position

Daniels Health is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused driver with a Class B license, HAZ endorsement, and experience driving large trucks to join our amazing team in Easton, PA. This role involves collecting sharps and medical waste containers from healthcare customer locations and delivering a high level of customer service daily. The position operates within the Easton, PA area and includes routes in NYC/NJ/DE/PA.

Requirements

• Class B license with a clean driving record
• VALID DOT MEDICAL CARD AND HAZ
• Minimum 3 years experience operating 26 foot box truck
• Passing our 7 Year FADV review in the Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse
• Experience with pre-trip and post-trip vehicle evaluations
• Experience with DOT compliance, logging hours, roadside inspections
• Can-do attitude with a strong customer focus
• Proven longevity in past employment
• TOUCH FREIGHT EXPERIENCE!!!

Responsibilities

• Delivering throughout NYC/NJ/DE/PA
• Operating 26 ft box truck in a safe manner
• Safely collect, deliver and store our medical waste containers at customer locations
• Providing strong customer service and building positive customer relationships
• Completing deliveries to time schedule and clearly communicating changes
• Loading and unloading and organizing your truck per schedule needs
• Complying with DOT regulations, logging hours and roadside inspections
• Pushing/pulling a four-wheeled cart that weighs as much as 200lbs!!
