About The Position

This is a regional over-the-road route where drivers run a dedicated territory delivering helium cylinders to established, repeat customers. The role involves no cold stops, no chasing new freight, and no touch-and-go dispatching. The product is clean and non-flammable, the route is familiar every week, and drivers are home every weekend. The position offers hourly pay plus overtime, with strong overtime opportunities from January through June. A $3,000+ sign-on bonus is paid in structured installments, and there is an annual safety bonus of up to $2,000 for safe driving performance. Drivers receive 3 weeks of PTO in their first year, with accrual starting on day one. Requirements

Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement
1 year of driving experience or driving school training within the past 4 years
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the public, read highway signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and complete reports

Responsibilities

Safely deliver helium compressed gas cylinders to scheduled, repeat customers
Load and unload cylinders and return empties to the fill plant
Perform daily vehicle safety inspections
Complete delivery paperwork and maintain DOT compliance
Build relationships with regular customers and help manage their inventory needs
