About The Position

The Hauler provides materials to production areas and transfers finished products to the warehouse. The role tags and puts away finished product, manages information and paperwork for pallets leaving the palletizing area, and transports the correct batch of cheese from the appropriate aging cells to production areas. Responsibilities also include palletizing and loading products, maintaining cooler and aging-cell organization, and completing required checks and records.

Responsibilities

• Keep accurate inventories of packaging and cheese supplies.
• Comply with Saputo food safety policies.
• Ensure the quality and appearance of products.
• Create pallet tickets for each pallet.
• Palletize products.
• Place pallets in the warehouse.
• Ensure the cooler and aging cells are organized.
• Load products.
• Handle and use cleaning chemicals.
• Complete required paperwork and computer entries accurately.
• Perform safety inspections and checks on forklifts.
• Verify pallet, box, tag, barcode, and tally sheet information.
• Transport the correct batch of cheese from the appropriate aging cells to the production area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
