Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to operate heavy mobile equipment safely and responsibly
  • Capability to learn and perform basic maintenance on equipment and support plant operations
  • Strong situational awareness and commitment to safety practices
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that may include climbing, lifting, and extended periods of equipment operation
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a consistent focus on quality work
  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

Responsibilities

  • Operate haul trucks safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the site
  • Perform pre-shift inspections and report equipment issues promptly
  • Support plant operations through maintenance tasks on stationary and mobile equipment
  • Assist with plant cleanup and general labor activities to maintain safe, efficient operations
  • Learn and operate additional equipment such as water trucks, skid steers, and other mobile units
