About The Position

Pape’ Rents is seeking a Haul Truck Supervisor to lead their rental team. This role involves the overall coordination and evaluation of the branch’s team of commercial truck drivers. The supervisor will manage expenses and costs associated with staff and repairs, organize, prioritize, and schedule the team, and monitor their performance. This position also acts as the department’s dispatcher and is crucial for ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

Must be organized and able to multi-task.
Prior operational experience with an understanding of budgeting, staffing, and personnel procedures preferred.
Computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
Leadership skills and mindset.
Ability to maintain good customer and employee relations.
Driver’s license with a good driving record.
