About The Position
We are seeking experienced Haul Truck Drivers to operate off-road haul trucks safely and efficiently. This role involves transporting materials such as overburden, ore, and aggregate throughout the site. The ideal candidate will perform pre-shift and post-shift inspections, report equipment issues, and maintain compliance with all site safety standards and MSHA regulations. Effective communication with dispatch, supervisors, and other operators is crucial. This position also requires assisting with general site duties as needed.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to work in a physically demanding outdoor environment in varying weather conditions
- Strong commitment to safety and following procedures
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience operating haul trucks in a mining, quarry, or heavy civil environment preferred
- MSHA certification (preferred; may be required prior to start)
