About The Position

This role is responsible for performing various duties within the hatchery, including chick manifesting, maintaining KL counters, and adhering to all safety, sanitation, animal welfare, and bio-security procedures. The position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment with exposure to temperature extremes, typically ranging from 65°F to 99°F. The schedule involves 10-hour workdays, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, with a start time of 4:00 a.m. until work is completed. Holiday work is required, and the schedule and times may change based on business needs.
