About The Position

The Hatchery QA Tech will be responsible for conducting QA audits to ensure Company standards and product integrity are maintained. This role involves working closely with management to resolve quality or production issues, evaluating and taking corrective action regarding labeling and product movement, and assisting in the education and instruction of team members. The QA Tech will also act as a source for critical quality issues and perform HACCP, NELS, and quality tests and audits. Other relevant duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Good communication skills.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• HACCP certification preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Previous quality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct QA audits, ensuring Company standards are maintained, and product integrity is preserved.
