About The Position

The Hatchery Embrex Crew Operator is responsible for preventing damage to eggs, pulling correct eggs for the assigned day, and keeping up with the flow of production. This role involves feeding the Embrex machine egg flats, ensuring no damage to eggs or equipment, and stacking hatcher trays. The operator will also move empty flats and add buggy to empty egg, move the Hatcher basket trolley to the correct assigned hatcher, and ensure equipment is running correctly. Any other duties as assigned are also part of the role.

Requirements

• Good Hand-Eye Coordination

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred

Responsibilities

• Prevents damaging any eggs
• Pulling correct eggs for the assigned day
• Keeping up with the flow of production
• Feeding the Embrex machine egg flats, and ensure that neither eggs nor equipment is damaged
• Stacking hatcher trays with the flow of production
• Remove empty flats and add buggy to empty egg
• Moving Hatcher basket trolly to the correct assigned hatcher
• Ensure the equipment is running correctly
• Any other duties as assigned
